MudVolt warrants each new electric powerhead to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies only to the MudVolt electric powerhead and includes:
    •    Motor housing and internal drive components
    •    Electronic controls and integrated wiring
    •    Seals and factory-installed connectors

What’s Not Covered
    •    Batteries (sold separately)
    •    Any external components not manufactured or supplied by MudVolt, including propellers, shafts, or mounting kits
    •    Damage caused by:
    •    Improper installation or modification
    •    Operation outside rated voltage/current specifications
    •    Water intrusion due to improper sealing
    •    Environmental exposure, neglect, or abuse
    •    Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
    •    Use of Epoch brand batteries — MudVolt has determined these batteries are not compatible with our powerhead systems. Use of Epoch batteries will void all warranty and technical support coverage.

Commercial Use

Warranty does not apply to motors used in commercial, rental, or racing applications unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Warranty Service

To file a claim, contact MudVolt at [your contact info] and provide:
    •    Proof of purchase
    •    Product serial number
    •    Description of the issue (photos/video may be requested)

Upon review, MudVolt will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit or component. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
